We all know that drinking a good amount of water is very beneficial for our health but a study has revealed that drinking water at these particular timings is most effective on the human body:
- Commence your day with 1 glass of water just after you wake up. It helps in activating internal organs (intake water sip by sip, avoid gulping).
- Take 1 glass of water immediately after taking bath. It helps in lowering blood pressure.
- Take 2 glasses of water half an hour before having meal. It helps in digestion (avoid taking water immediately before or after the meal).
- Finally take 1 glass of water at bedtime. It helps in avoiding stroke or heart attack at mid night.
