Remedies for dark circles:
Eyes are the reflection of our emotions; beautiful eyes make
silence eloquent (when words fall short). In our busy and fast life we forget
the care of our exquisite feature –eyes and it is
inevitable to get dark circles under our eyes due to stress, fatigue, improper
diet. There can be some other reasons for these dark circles as well like
illness, aging and hereditary factors. These dark circles look ugly on our face
and make our beauty deformed. We can surely
get rid of these ugly dark circles if we can extract just a couple of minutes
from our busy schedule.
Remedy #1
Take 2 tablespoons of cucumber juice in a bowl. Apply the
juice around your eyes with the help of cotton balls. Leave it for 15 minutes
and wash it away.
Remedy #2
Take 2 tablespoons of potato juice. Apply the same around
your eyes with the help of cotton balls. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it
away.
Remedy#3
Mix raw milk, Almond oil and rose water in a bowl, soak
cotton balls into it and keep the soaked cotton balls over your closed eye lids
for 15-20 minutes.
Remedy#4
Almond is great skin food. Apply almond oil under your eyes to reduce dark circles.
Just make it a part of your daily skin care routine.
Along with
these remedies you need to live a healthy lifestyle- take proper diet, sleep well
(at least 8 hours), exercise regularly (at least 30-45 minutes a day) and drink
lots of water (at least 12 glasses a day).
For relaxation you can use rose water. Soak cotton
balls in rose water. Lie down, keep soaked cotton balls on your closed eyes. Turn
on the soft music and relax.
