Innovative ways to drape a saree:

Ditch the conventional saree draping and experiment with your looks with these fusion draping styles.

Here is a list to innovate your saree draping styles:

1. Belt Style:

Drape your saree the traditional way. Just buckle up your saree with a designer waist belt. To enhance your look, go for a designer blouse of your choice.

2. Dhoti style:

Next time, you can try this offbeat style saree draping. You have to wear matching leggings instead of a petticoat for better draping, although this style is a little tricky.

3. Pant Style:

Draping a pant-style saree is very easy, comfortable, and trendy. You only need a pair of matching pants and be ready to go.

4. Lehenga Style saree:

Next time, don't buy an expensive lehenga. You can drape one from your saree. It's pretty easy to ace the lehenga style draping- Leave the "pallu" part on your shoulder, keep pleating the rest of the saree, and spread the pleats throughout the petticoat neatly.

5. Neck Drape Saree:

All you have to do is leave the pallu longer than usual and wrap it around your neck "Just Like a Scarf."

6.  Gown Style Saree:

You only need a "Jacket style" or "Peplum style " blouse to slay this look. Trust me-This the easiest saree drape.

Tip of the week- How to look Slim:

Well, If you want to look slim never dress up yourself in "Horizontal stripes". They make you look bloated.

Go for "Vertical stripes" (Specially when you are short in height). "Vertical lines" create the illusion of Height and Slimness.

Tip of the week- How to bag it up during Monsoon:

Well it is very important to choose a bag which not only carries all your essentials, but also compliments your body style, attitude and attire. In case you are a bag lover, don't wary of using your best ones during monsoon. Just flaunt different bags in different weathers.
During Monsoon season, try using bags with water resistant material that doesn't require much care and can easily be cleaned. Plastic and acrylic bags in gloss finish are the best deal. Avoid using cloth and leather as they tend to smell after getting in contact with rains. Bags in vibrant colors like sunshine yellow, orange and pink should be used and dull colors like grey, brown and mustard should be avoided.

To Complete your Monsoon look - You just have to club your stylish bag with trendy umbrella and vibrant footwear and you are ready to enjoy the rains.

Fashion trends- How to Accessorize:

Accessories can make or break your look. They can zing up a simple outfit if done correctly, else even a slight mistake can ruin the pretty ensemble.

The mantra is "Go Minimal" and never load yourself with more than one statement pieces.

As when you are flaunting the statement earrings don't go for neckpieces.

When you are not wearing the earrings rock your look with a bold and chunky neckpieces.

And Complete your look with a stylish bracelet or watch.

Fashion Trends- Hairstyles:

Go Messy, Look stylish!

Hair styling no longer means just a nice hair cut. Girls have stepped out of that cliche look with straight hair. Messy look with Semi wavy hair and short layers is in vogue.

Leave your hair loose (with fewer layers) for the glamorous look.

Tie a Ponytail (with waves) for a simple yet stylish look.

Messy hair buns are in latest fashion. Just leave your locks here and there and tie up in a messy bun.

A side-swept fishtail braid/plait is a big hit for evening parties and looks really stylish with elaborate dresses ( like gowns).
