Product Review: Lotus Herbals Youthrx Anti-aging Transforming Creme

Usually i don't write product reviews but my personal experience with this product nudged me into writing my first one. Lately I have started digging into anti-aging products, after some research i wanted to give this particular product a try and i was quite impressed with the results but before writing about it i wanted to use it for at-least 3-4 weeks). Now, I'll be able to  do justice to it. I apply this cream post a shower everyday. So let's see how this cream has turned out for me.

Product Description:

The cream comes in a golden tub with purple lid. The cream has a  mild floral fragrance and is light pink in color. The texture of the cream is semi- thick and it spreads easily on face, without leaving any white cast.

Product Claims:

YouthRx Anti-aging Transforming Creme contains revolutionary "Gineplex Youth compound" derived from potent natural ingredients known. It is clinically proven to give following results:

• Reduces wrinkles, fine lines, blemishes and spots in one week.

• Accelerates lifting, makes skin firmer, younger and radiant.

Key Ingredients:

Ginseng, Ginger and Milk peptide.

My experience with the cream:

I have a combination skin with an oily (T-zone) in summers.  Once it is absorbed,  my skin is no more into oily (T-zone). It Contains SPF-25 (which is a bonus!!! As, I can skip my sunscreen-in case I intend to). I apply this cream everyday after the shower. Once the cream is absorbed, I carry on my BB cream, some kajal and lipstick (And I am ready  for the day).
This cream would be perfect for girls with dry to normal and combination skin. It might be a bit greasy for oily skinned girls in summers. Talking about the final result - It claims to reduce fine lines and wrinkles in 7 days. As of now, I don't have wrinkles or fine lines but, with the regular use skin my skin started recovering from tan and definitely looks radiant , brighter and livelier.

• A bit greasy for oily skin.

• Comes in a tub packaging (tube pack is more hygienic than tub packaging).

My take on the cream- 4.5/5:

Personally, I loved this cream. I would love to try other products from this range.

Yogurt (1 tablespoon)

Method:

Prepare a paste by mixing orange peel powder and yogurt. Apply the paste on your face and neck and gently massage in circular motion. Leave it for 15 minutes and gently rub it off using wet hands. Use this remedy every other day to remove blackheads and once a week as further preventive measure.

Note- To make orange peel powder:

Dry the orange peels in sun for 3 days. Then grind the dries peels to form a fine powder and store the powder in a container.
